| Specificity | CB11 reacts with the 185 kD protein in immunoblot-ting. The c-erbB2 proto-oncogene codes for a membrane protein. Several studies report the ampli-fication in carcinomas. Overexpression of c-erbB-2 in breast cancer is a marker for poor prognosis. |

RIA. Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
