| Specificity | This antibody recognises the human c-erbB-2 proto-oncogene, which is expressed at the cell surface of a range of tumour cells. In many types of tumour c-erbB-2 expression is related to poor prognosis, with an increased risk of metastasis. ICR52 recognises epitope C of c-erbB-2. |
