特异性	ErbB3 is a member of the EGFR/erbB receptor tyrosine kinase family. ErbB3 lacks kinase activity due to an amino acid substitution within the ATP binding site. Upon heterodimerization with the other erbB family members, erbB3 becomes phosphorylated at multiple tyrosine residues that represent docking sites for downstream signaling proteins. This antibody specifically recognizes the C-terminus of erbB3 at 185 kDa in Westen blot and is also suitable for ELISA applications. Epitope: C-Terminus. Reacts with human.

应用范围	Western Blotting (WB)
应用备注	Western Blot: 0.5 µg/ml for HRPO/ECL detection. Recommended blocking buffer CPPT: 0.5% (w/v) casein, 1% (w/v) PEG 4000, 1% (w/v) Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), 0.1% (v/v) Tween 20, 2x PBS. ELISA: 0.1 µg/ml. Positive control: SW620 untreated. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
缓冲液	This purified antibody lyophilized from 1 ml 2 x PBS / 0.09 % Na-azide / PEG and Sucrose. Reconstitute with 1 ml H2O (15 min, RT).
贮藏	For long-term storage, freeze lyophilizate upon arrival (-20°C). Upon reconstitution, aliquote and freeze in liquid nitrogen, reconstituted antibody can be stored frozen at -80°C up to 1 year. Thaw aliquots at 37°C. Thawed aliquots may be stored at 4°C up to 3 months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
