| 描述 | Recognises an extra cellular domain of the c-erb B-3 protein, a 180kD glycoprotein which is a growth factor receptor with tyrosine kinase activity. c-erb B-3 is expressed widely in normal human tissues, but is over expressed in some tumours, including those of the breast, stomach, pancreas and colon. |
