| Description | MAb to AAV VP1 Monoclonal Antibody to Adeno-associated Virus (AAV), VP1 |
| Clone | A1 |
| Host | Mouse |
| Specificity | Reacts with VP1 of adeno-associated virus AAV-2. In immunoprecipitation, an occasional reaction with a non-AAV-derived protein is found. Epitope mapping experiments identified a.a. 123 to a.a. 131 of VP1 capsid protein as the specific binding region.(2) Reacts with human and monkey. Weak cross reaction with serotypes 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6. |
