| Specificity | Reacts with human Adenosine A3 Receptor (family: GPCR, subfamily: Adenosine), 2nd extracellular loop. The immunizing peptide shows 44% identity (61% homology) to the corresponding rat sequence and 33% identity (44% homology) to the corresponding mouse sequence. Adenosine A3 Receptor has been reported mostly in brain, lung, liver, heart, kidney, and testis. ESTs have been isolated from heart/melanocyte/uterus, kidney, pituitary, and placenta libraries. |
