| Application Notes | Immunohistochemistry 1:20-1:30. Also useful for Rocket immunoelectrophoresis and single radial immunodiffusion. This antibody can be used on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:20 to 1:30 with AutoProbe III. Predigestion with Auto/Zyme (Cat. No. GTX73183) may improve staining but is not required. It is recommended that this product be used on frozen tissue sections or specimens. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory. |
