Application Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections) (IHC (p))
Application Notes Suitable for use in immunohistochemistry. Use undiluted with paraffin sections. Heat-Induced Epitope Retrieval (HIER) (citrate buffer pH 6.0 and EDTA pH 8.0) is recommended. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
