Specificity	This antibody recognises the oestrogen receptor beta 2 isoform. No cross-reactivity is seen with oestrogen receptor beta 1 isoform. Oestrogen receptor beta 2 is expressed in cell nuclei of a range of human tissues including the ovary, placenta, testis and vas deferens.

Application Notes	Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin embedded sections (requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment methods, 0.01M glycine/EDTA pH3.5 (1) or citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose). Does not work for Western Blotting. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Buffer	This antibody is supplied liquid concentrated culture supernatant containing 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative
Storage	Store the antibody at 4-8°C for one month or at –20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
