Application Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA), Radioimmunoassay (RIA)
Application Notes 3H (125I.) RIA: 1000 - 3000 TT/vial at working dilution of 1/1000 to 1/3000, using 100ìl per tube. Aliquot neat antibody or dilute with assay buffer to make 1 ml stock solution. Dilute aliquots of the stock solution to give working antibody, use 100 ul/TT. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Buffer This antibody is supplied as liquid serum without preservative. Assay/dilution buffer: 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.1% gelatin.
Storage Aliquots of the neat antibody or diluted stock solution should be stored at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
