Application Notes	WB: Use at a concentration of 1 ug/ml. Detects a band of approximately 80-85 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 64 kDa). Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. Approx 80-85kDa band observed in Hela lysate (despite a predicted MW of 64kDa according to NP_056982 this protein has been reported to run significantly higher (Morrison et al.)). Note in some experiments we have also seen an approx 35kDa band of unknown identity. Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution >1/32000.
