| Application Notes | Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments in Human Brain lysates gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1µg/ml). We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates?Immunohistochemistry: Preliminary experiments in paraffin embedded Human Kidney, stains nucleus of rare cells in rare glomeruli and strong cytoplasmic labelling of vascular smooth muscle cells. Recommended concentration, 1-2µg/ml. |
