| Application Notes | ELISA: It is recommended that a range of dilutions be utilized in prelimary experiments to determine optimal concentrations for use of this antibody. For most applications, the anti-human VEGFR-2 sc-Fv antibody should be diluted between 1:50 and 1:20 fold. FACS: To detect surface expressed VEGFR-2 on HUVECs and CD34+VEGFR-2+ hematopoetic immature cells by FACS analysis this antibody can be used at concentrations of 0.5-5 ug/ml. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. Detection Note: The VEGFR-2 sc-Fv antibody has an E-tag for detection by secondary antibodies (e.g. anti-E-tag mouse monoclonal antibody, Amersham Pharmacia No. 27-9412-01). |
