| Specificity | Reacts with human G Protein-Coupled Receptor GPR20, C-terminal domain of human (family: GPCR, subfamily: Orphan-A). The peptide sequence shows 60% identity (75% homology) to mouse and 25% identity (35% homology) to rat. 20 has been reported by Northern blot analysis in human brain and liver O'Dowd et al., 1997). ESTs have been isolated from nerve neoplasm and uterine adenocarcinoma libraries. |
