Description	The MOPC-21 immunoglobulin has unknown specificity. The isotype of this antibody is IgG1,kappa. It was chosen as an isotype control after screening on a variety of resting, activated, live, and fixed rat and human tissues.

Application Notes	Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 20 µl per 10 cells or 20 µl per 100 µl of whole blood.
Purification	This reagent is combination of FITC conjugated MOPC-21, PE conjugated MOPC-21 and PE/Cy5 conjugated MOPC-21 in optimal concentration for three-color flow cytometric analysis.
Buffer	Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA).
Storage	The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
