Description	Kallikreins are a subgroup of serine proteases and are implicated in carcinogenesis. A novel KLK gene, KLK12, is expressed in a variety of tissues including salivary gland, stomach, uterus, lung, thymus, prostate, colon, brain, thyroid, and trachea. It has applications as a novel cancer biomarker.

Application Notes	WB: Use at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000. By Western blot, this antibody detects a band of 26.7 kDa, which corresponds to the predicted molecular weight of KLK 12. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
