Description	It is suggested that LDB1 and LDB2 act synergistically to enhance transcriptional efficiency by acting as co-factors for LIM homeodomain and Otx class transcription factors both of which have essential roles in development. LDB 2 is a close homologue of LDB 1.

Specificity	This antibody detects a single clean band representing LDB2 at 42kD in human kidney and mouse spleen.

Application	Western Blotting (WB)
Application Notes	WB: Use at a dilution of 1/500. Detects a band of approximately 42 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 42.7 kDa). Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
