Application Notes	Has been used at dilutions of 1/1000 to 1/4000 in a simple ELISA. As a guide only, use at dilutions of 1/20 to 1/100 for simple IHC. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer	This antibody is supplied as liquid Ig Fraction prepared by selective precipitation with ammonium sulphate, in PBS buffer, pH 7.2, with 0.1% sodium azide.
Storage	Store the antibody at 4-8°C for one month or at –20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
