| Application Notes | Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Immunoblotting. Cell suspensions. Working dilution: 1/5 – 1/10. Dilution buffer: PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% Na-Azide. Incubation time: 1 h at RT. Positive control: Duodenum, bronchial tissue. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
