| Specificity | Reacts with human Luteinizing Hormone/Choriogonadotropin Receptor (family: GPCR, subfamily: Glycoprotein hormone), N-terminal extracellular domain. The immunizing peptide shows 68% identity (93% homology) with mouse and 75% identity (87% homology) with rat. LHCGR has been reported in brain, cervix, epididymis, ovary, placenta, prostate, testis, umbilical cord, and uterus. ESTs have been isolated from fetal lung/testis/B-cell and testis libraries. |

| Application Notes | Immunohistochemistry with formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues: 2.5 – 20 ug/ml (steam slides in 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 at 99-100°C for 20 min, Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature in buffer for 20 min). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
