Description The L1 protein is a member of the S100 family of proteins. These proteins are limited to the cytoplasm and/or nucleus of a wide variety of cells. They regulate more than a few cellular processes, including differentiation and cell cycle progression. Cystic fibrosis is linked to altered expression of this protein.

Application Notes For Flow Cytometry: Use at a dilution of 1:50-1:100. *IHC-Fr and IHC-P: Use at a dilution of 1:100-1:200. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher. *Membrane permeablisation is required for this application. ** This product requires protein digestion pre-treatment e.g. trypsin, 0.1% for 10 minutes or antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.
