Specificity	MRPm6 reacts with an internal epitope of MRP, a 180-195 kDa transmembrane transporter protein, overexpressed in various human non-P-gp MDR tumor cell lines. No cross reaction with human MDR1 and MDR3. Reacts with human.

Application Notes	Flow cytometry (cell permeabilization required with 10% lyzing solution). Immunohistochemistry on frozen and paraffin embedded sections after microwave pretreatment (0.01M citrate buffer, 3x 3min at 100°C): 1/20 – 1/50. Western blotting. Immunostaining of cell suspensions and cytospin preparations. Dilution buffer: PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer	This antibody is supplied as liquid supernatant (0.7% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide).
Storage	Store the antibody at 4-8°C for one month or at –20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
