Antigen N-Acylmannosamine-1-Dehydrogenase [Microbial]
Immunogen N-Acylmannosamine-1-Dehydrogenase [Pseudomonas]
Antibody Type Polyclonal
Host Goat
Specificity This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multistep process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, and purified and partially purified N-Acylmannosamine-1-Dehydrogenase derived from Pseudomonas.

Application Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA), Western Blotting (WB)
Application Notes Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of N-Acylmannosamine-1-Dehydrogenase IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:4,000 to 1:16,000 is suggested for this product. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher.
Conjugate HRP
Concentration 10.0 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)
Buffer This antibody was conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) and lyophilised from 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.01% (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative and 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), IgG and Protease free
Storage Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. Restore with 2.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of restoration.
