Additional Information: N-Acylmannosamine-1-Dehydrogenase antibody
| Antigen | N-Acylmannosamine-1-Dehydrogenase [Microbial] |
| Immunogen | N-Acylmannosamine-1-Dehydrogenase [Pseudomonas] |
| Antibody Type | Polyclonal |
| Host | Goat |
| Specificity | This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multistep process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, and purified and partially purified N-Acylmannosamine-1-Dehydrogenase derived from Pseudomonas. |
Application Details: N-Acylmannosamine-1-Dehydrogenase antibody
| Application | Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA), Western Blotting (WB) |
| Application Notes | Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of N-Acylmannosamine-1-Dehydrogenase IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:4,000 to 1:16,000 is suggested for this product. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher. |
| Conjugate | HRP |
| Concentration | 10.0 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm) |
| Buffer | This antibody was conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) and lyophilised from 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 0.01% (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative and 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), IgG and Protease free |
| Storage | Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. Restore with 2.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of restoration. |
