Application Enzyme Immunometric Assay (EIA), Western Blotting (WB)
Application Notes Assayed against 0.1ug of phosphorylated peptide in a standard ELISA using TMB as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:4,000 is suggested. Less than 5% cross reactivity was detected against the non-phosphorylated form of the immunizing peptide. Dilute the antibody 1:1,000 for Western blot. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
Concentration 0.57mg/ml (OD280nm, E0.1% = 1.4)
Purification Immunoaffinity purified against the phosphorylated form of the immunizing peptide. Cross-adsorbed against the non-phosphorylated form of the immunizing peptide to remove unwanted reactivities. Product is sterile filtered.
Buffer 0.02M Potassium phosphate, 0.15M Sodium chloride, pH 7.2 Preservative: 0.01% (w/v) Sodium azide
