Specificity This antibody blocks with alpha neo-endorphin. Fibres are found in the globus pallidus and throughout the hypothalmus in rat brain of 4% FA perfused tissue. Cells are seen in the paraventricular nucleus and in the bed nucleus of the stria terminalis.

Application Notes IHC-Fr: Use at a dilution of 1/250-1/2500. RIA: Use at a dilution of 1/500. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
