| Indications d'application | Immunohistochemistry on frozen, (Carnoy's fluid as fixative), and paraffin embedded sections: 1/5 - 1/30 for indirect immunoperoxidase with anti-mouse IgG. Incubate overnight at 4°C. not tested. Not suitable for western blotting. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. Staining Pattern: Tumour cell membranes. |
