| Application Notes | Immunoblotting 1:100-1:200. Immunohistochemistry 1:50-1:100. This antibody can be used on formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissue sections. For a standard three-step avidin-biotin complex system, a dilution of 1:50 to 1:100 may be used as a guideline. An incubation with the primary antibody for 30-60 min. at 37°,C produces the most consistent and reproducible results. This product can be also used on frozen tissue sections. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory. |
