Application Immunofluorescence (IF), Western Blotting (WB), ImmunoHistology (Histo)
Application Notes Western blot: use 1-2 micrograms/ml for 2hrs at RT. IHC (Formalin/paraffin): use 1-2 micrograms/ml for 30 min at RT. Immunofluorescence. Optimal dilution should be determined by researcher.
Concentration 0.2 mg/ml
Buffer 200ug/ml antibody purified from the ascites fluid by Protein G chromatography. Prepared in 10mM PBS, pH 7.4, with 0.2% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide. Also available without BSA and azide at 1mg/ml.
Storage Store at 4 C. Do not freeze.
