Application Enzyme Immunometric Assay (EIA), Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
Application Notes Suitable for use in ELISA (1:5000), Western blot (1:500), Immunohistochemistry (1:50), and immunoprecipitation. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded. Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 100ul double distilled water.
