| Application Notes | GSA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. IP: Use at an assay dependent dilution. WB: Use at a concentration of 1-2 ug/ml. This concentration is determined using whole extract of transfected 293T (human embryonal kidney) cells expressing E2F2. Detects a band of approximately 53 kDa. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. |
