| Application Notes | Flow cytometry (1/50-1/100, requires membrane permeabilisation). Immuno-histochemistry on frozen sections and paraffin embedded sections (2) (1/1000 for paraffin sections). This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment for 20 minutes prior to staining of paraffin sections. 1mM EDTA pH 8.0 is recommended for this purpose. Recommended Positive Control Tissue: Tonsil. Western blotting. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
