Specificity	ABIN119945 is specific for porcine interleukin-1 beta (IL-1 beta). IL-1 beta is principally expressed by macrophages, and plays an important immunomodulatory role in the porcine immune response.

Application	Western Blotting (WB)
Application Notes	Suitable for Western Blotting (1-5 ug/ml reducing conditions). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
