| Application Notes | Immunoprecipitation (with protein G): use at a concentration of 2ug/ml of protein lysate (denatured). Western blot: use at a concentration of 1-2ug/ml for 2 hours at RT. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions / concentrations should be determined by the end user. By Western blot, this antibody is expected to detect a band of ~ 55 kDa, which corresponds to the predicted molecular weight of Cdh 1. |
