Description	Cdh1 protein is a limiting, substrate-specific activator of anaphase-promoting complex (APC)-dependent proteolysis and it is required for the degradation of the APC substrates, such as Clb2 and Ase1. Cdh1 plays an important role in mitotic regulation.

Application	Immunoprecipitation (IP)
Application Notes	Immunoprecipitation-recommended concentration: use 1-3 ug per mg protein lysate (protein G is recommended). Optimal amount of antibody needed for IP with specific samples should be determined by individual researcher.
Concentration	0.2 mg/ml
Buffer	200ug/ml antibody purified from the ascites fluid by Protein G chromatography. Prepared in 10mM PBS, pH 7.4, with 0.2% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide. Also available without BSA and azide at 1mg/ml.
