Application Details: Fibrinogen antibody
| Application Notes | Binds human fibrinogen in solid-phase ELISA. Binds 125I-labeled fibrinogen. In immunoblots (non-reducing conditions) binds A-alpha chain of fibrinogen. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded. Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 0.5ml distilled water. |
