  1. This cross-sectional study suggests that MLXIPL rs3812316 genotypes may be associated with Triglyceride levels. there were significantly different genotype distributions in two TG categories: (1) subjects with normal TG values had a significantly higher G allele frequency than those with elevated TG levels

  2. The results revealed the novel mechanism by which HNF-4alpha (show HNF4A ELISA Kits) promoted ChREBP transcription in response to glucose, and also demonstrated that ChREBP-alpha and HNF-4alpha (show HNF4A ELISA Kits) synergistically increased ChREBP-beta transcription.

  3. High glucose-mediated induction of PDGF-C (show PDGFC ELISA Kits) via ChREBP in mesangial cells contributes to the development of glomerular mesangial expansion in diabetes.

  4. Evaluation of the conservation of ChREBP and MondoA (show MLXIP ELISA Kits) sequences demonstrate that MondoA (show MLXIP ELISA Kits) is better conserved and potentially mediates more ancient function in glucose metabolism.

  5. Metformin down-regulates high-glucose-induced TXNIP (show TXNIP ELISA Kits) transcription by inactivating ChREBP and FOXO1 (show FOXO1 ELISA Kits) in endothelial cells, partially through AMP-activated protein kinase (show PRKAA2 ELISA Kits) activation

  6. Polymorphisms in lipid level modifier MLXIPL, GCKR (show GCKR ELISA Kits), GALNT2 (show GALNT2 ELISA Kits), CILP2 (show Cilp2 ELISA Kits), ANGPTL3 (show ANGPTL3 ELISA Kits) and TRIB1 (show TRIB1 ELISA Kits) genes are highly associated with plasma lipid level changes.

  7. Single-nucleotide polymorphisms alleles near MLXIPL that were associated with higher coffee consumption.

  8. A major function of Mio in mitosis is to regulate the activation/deactivation of Plk1 (show PLK1 ELISA Kits) and Aurora A (show AURKA ELISA Kits).

  9. the single nucleotide polymorphism of MLXIPL is significantly associated with Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease.

  10. results demonstrate that AGEs-RAGE (show AGER ELISA Kits) signaling enhances cancer cell proliferation in which AGEs-mediated ChREBP induction plays an important role.

  1. the synergistic action of ChREBP and SREBP-1c (show SREBF1 ELISA Kits) is necessary for the maximal induction of Elovl6 (show ELOVL6 ELISA Kits) expression in the liver.

  4. Adipose tissue mTORC2 (show CRTC2 ELISA Kits) regulates via Rictor (show RICTOR ELISA Kits) ChREBP-driven de novo lipogenesis and hepatic glucose metabolism.

  5. Targeted deletion of ChREBP in bone marrow cells resulted in accelerated atherosclerosis progression in Ldlr (show LDLR ELISA Kits)-/- mice with increased monocytosis, lesional macrophage accumulation, and plaque necrosis.

  6. Evaluation of the conservation of ChREBP and MondoA (show MLXIP ELISA Kits) sequences demonstrate that MondoA (show MLXIP ELISA Kits) is better conserved and potentially mediates more ancient function in glucose metabolism.

  7. Data show that carbohydrate-response element-binding protein (ChREBP) activation induces peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPARgamma (show PPARG ELISA Kits)) activity and ChREBP inhibition impairs differentiation.

  8. hyperinsulinemia may cause glycolipid metabolic disorders by up-regulating the expression of ChREBP

  9. LXRs act as nutrient and glucose metabolic sensors upstream of ChREBP

  10. The effects of ethanol on AMPK (show PRKAA1 ELISA Kits) and PP2A may result in activation of ChREBP, providing another potential mechanism for ethanol-induced hepatic steatosis.

MLXIPL Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

This gene encodes a basic helix-loop-helix leucine zipper transcription factor of the Myc/Max/Mad superfamily. This protein forms a heterodimeric complex and binds and activates, in a glucose-dependent manner, carbohydrate response element (ChoRE) motifs in the promoters of triglyceride synthesis genes. The gene is deleted in Williams-Beuren syndrome, a multisystem developmental disorder caused by the deletion of contiguous genes at chromosome 7q11.23.
