More ELISA Kits for CDKN2B Interaction Partners

Human Cyclin-Dependent Kinase Inhibitor 2B (p15, Inhibits CDK4) (CDKN2B) interaction partners

  1. We found that CDKN2B was a virtual target of miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-15a-5p with potential binding sites in the 3'UTR (show UTS2R ELISA Kits) of CDKN2B (77-83 bp). We also showed that miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-15a-5p could bind to the CDKN2B 3'UTR (show UTS2R ELISA Kits). The data revealed a negative regulatory role of miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-15a-5p in the apoptosis of smooth muscle cells via targeting CDKN2B, and showed that miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-15a-5p could be a novel therapeutic target of AAA (show APP ELISA Kits).

  2. Meta-analysis indicates that CDKN2B gene rs1063192 polymorphism is significantly associated with a decreased risk of glaucoma. [meta-analysis]

  3. FISH studies showed false-negative results in 10, 40, and 28% of the samples tested for the IKZF1 (show IKZF1 ELISA Kits),PAX5 (show PAX5 ELISA Kits), and CDKN2A/B gene deletions, respectively. The PAX5 (show PAX5 ELISA Kits) and IKZF1 (show IKZF1 ELISA Kits) abnormalities are highly specific to B (show TDO2 ELISA Kits)-ALL and can be used as diagnostic markers

  4. results suggest that the cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor 2B rs10811656 locus might be associated with coronary artery disease in a Chinese Han population

  5. Polymorphism rs1063192 in CDKN2B is not a risk factor for Open-Angle Glaucoma in Saudi cohort.

  6. Taken together, these findings support the hypothesis that oxidative stress is correlated with P15 and P16 hypermethylation.

  7. The CC genotype of CDKN2B rs1063192 in the hsa-miR-323b-5p binding site increased the risk of gestational diabetes mellitus in pregnant Chinese Han women

  8. Genetic risk variants in the CDKN2B gene is associated with somatic biomarkers in glioma.

  9. Aberrant methylation of the promoter regions of the p15INK4b gene in patients with acute myeloid leukemias.

  10. study demonstrated that the combined genetic variants were borderline significantly associated with the efficacy of glibenclamide, and there are gene-gene interaction between KCNJ11 and CDKN2A/2B.

Mouse (Murine) Cyclin-Dependent Kinase Inhibitor 2B (p15, Inhibits CDK4) (CDKN2B) interaction partners

  1. Data show that the Wnt-effector hepatocyte nuclear factor 1-alpha (Tcf1) is recruited to and triggers transcription of the Ink4/Arf tumor suppressor locus, such as as p15Ink4b, p16Ink4a and p19Arf.

  2. Loss of Nf2 (show NF2 ELISA Kits) and Cdkn2a/b have synergistic effects with PDGF-B (show PDGFB ELISA Kits) overexpression promoting meningioma malignant transformation.

  3. Loss of CDKN2B may not only promote cardiovascular disease through the development of atherosclerosis but may also impair TGFbeta (show TGFB1 ELISA Kits) signaling and hypoxic neovessel maturation.

  4. Control of CD8 (show CD8A ELISA Kits) T cell proliferation and terminal differentiation by active STAT5 (show STAT5A ELISA Kits) and CDKN2A/CDKN2B.

  5. Radiation-induced double strand breaks cooperate with loss of Ink4 and Arf tumor suppressors to generate high-grade gliomas that are commonly driven by Met amplification and activation.

  6. When overexpressed in naked mole rat or human cells, pALT(INK4a/b) has stronger ability to induce cell-cycle arrest than either p15(INK4b) or p16(INK4a).

  7. Cdk4 (show CDK4 ELISA Kits) and Cdk6 (show CDK6 ELISA Kits) cooperate in hematopoietic tumor development and suggest a role for Cdk6 (show CDK6 ELISA Kits) in sequestering INK4 proteins away from Cdk4 (show CDK4 ELISA Kits).

  8. Data indicate that loss of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor p15 (p15Ink4b) collaborates with oncogene (show RAB1A ELISA Kits) fusion protein Nup98 (show NUP98 ELISA Kits)-HoxD13 (show HOXD13 ELISA Kits) transgene in the development of predominantly myeloid neoplasms.

  9. Loss of CDKN2B promotes atherosclerosis by increasing the size and complexity of the lipid-laden necrotic core through impaired efferocytosis.

  10. Meningioma progression in mice triggered by Nf2 (show NF2 ELISA Kits) and Cdkn2ab inactivation.

CDKN2B Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

This gene lies adjacent to the tumor suppressor gene CDKN2A in a region that is frequently mutated and deleted in a wide variety of tumors. This gene encodes a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor, which forms a complex with CDK4 or CDK6, and prevents the activation of the CDK kinases, thus the encoded protein functions as a cell growth regulator that controls cell cycle G1 progression. The expression of this gene was found to be dramatically induced by TGF beta, which suggested its role in the TGF beta induced growth inhibition. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene, which encode distinct proteins, have been reported.
