More ELISA Kits for RAD52 Interaction Partners

Candida albicans RAD52 Homolog (S. Cerevisiae) (RAD52) interaction partners

  1. Rad51 (show RAD51 ELISA Kits) and Rad52 physically interact with CENP-ACaCse4 in vivo.

  2. Rad52 prevents chromosome loss and truncation.

Human RAD52 Homolog (S. Cerevisiae) (RAD52) interaction partners

  1. Study discovered two cis (show CISH ELISA Kits)-expression quantitative trait loci SNPs in the RAD52 gene that are associated with its expression and are also associated with lung squamous cell carcinomas (LUSC) risk.

  2. BRG1 (show SMARCA4 ELISA Kits)-RAD52 complex mediates the replacement of RPA (show RPA1 ELISA Kits) with RAD51 (show RAD51 ELISA Kits) on single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) to initiate DNA strand invasion. Loss of BRG1 (show SMARCA4 ELISA Kits) results in a failure of RAD51 (show RAD51 ELISA Kits) loading onto ssDNA, abnormal homologous recombination repair

  3. these results implicate increased RAD52 expression in both genetic susceptibility and tumorigenesis of upper aerodigestive tract and lung squamous cell carcinoma tumors.

  4. RAD52 rs7963551 single nucleotide polymorphism was significantly associated with glioma risk.

  5. This study found that only the RAD52 rs7963551 single nucleotide polymorphism was significantly associated with hepatitis B virus related - hepatocellular carcinoma risk.

  6. We have demonstrated that Rad51 (show RAD51 ELISA Kits) and Rad52 dependent homologous recombination is coupled to HSV-1 DNA replication.

  7. Our findings reveal a novel RAD52/MUS81 (show MUS81 ELISA Kits)-dependent mechanism that promotes cell viability and genome integrity in checkpoint-deficient cells, and disclose the involvement of MUS81 (show MUS81 ELISA Kits) to multiple processes after replication stress

  8. Our data did not show association between LIG4 (show LIG4 ELISA Kits) and RAD52 SNPs and SLE, its clinical manifestations or ethnicity in the tested population.

  9. Nuclear/chromatin PTEN mediates DNA damage repair through interacting with and modulating the activity of Rad52.

  10. RAD52 mutation is associated with leukemia.

Mouse (Murine) RAD52 Homolog (S. Cerevisiae) (RAD52) interaction partners

  1. Rad54 (show RAD54L ELISA Kits) has a key function in maintaining genomic integrity of the developing germ cells.

  2. Loss of Rad52 partially rescues tumorigenesis and T-cell maturation in Atm (show ATM ELISA Kits)-deficient mice.

  3. RAD52 modulates the outcome of recombinant HIV-l vector infection by markedly reducing the efficiency of productive integration events

  4. Inactivation of RAD52 aggravates X-ray and mitomycine C sensitivity in mice with RAD54 (show RAD54L ELISA Kits) gene degect.

  5. Cells expressing Rad52 splice variants favor sister chromatid repair.

  6. Results indicate that RAD52 cooperates with OGG1 (show OGG1 ELISA Kits) to repair oxidative DNA damage and enhances the cellular resistance to oxidative stress.

Pig (Porcine) RAD52 Homolog (S. Cerevisiae) (RAD52) interaction partners

  1. The complete cDNA sequences of the pig RAD51 (show RAD51 ELISA Kits), RAD52, and RAD54 (show RAD54L ELISA Kits) genes, which are closely related to homologous recombination events, arae identified using molecular cloning technique in pigs.

RAD52 Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The protein encoded by this gene shares similarity with Saccharomyces cerevisiae Rad52, a protein important for DNA double-strand break repair and homologous recombination. This gene product was shown to bind single-stranded DNA ends, and mediate the DNA-DNA interaction necessary for the annealing of complementary DNA strands. It was also found to interact with DNA recombination protein RAD51, which suggested its role in RAD51 related DNA recombination and repair.
