  7. This study demonistrated that CYFIP1 (show CYFIP1 ELISA Kits) coordinates mRNA translation and cytoskeleton remodeling to ensure proper dendritic spine formation.

  8. haploinsufficiency of Cyfip1 (show CYFIP1 ELISA Kits) mimics key aspects of the phenotype of Fmr1 (show FMR1 ELISA Kits) knockout mice and are consistent with the hypothesis that these effects are mediated by interaction of Cyfip1 (show CYFIP1 ELISA Kits) and Fmrp (show FMR1 ELISA Kits) in regulating activity-dependent translation.

  1. Study demonstrated downregulation of expression of pancreatic master genes SOX9 (show SOX9 ELISA Kits), FOXA2 (show FOXA2 ELISA Kits), and GATA4 (show GATA4 ELISA Kits) (2-, 5-, and 4-fold, respectively) and in PANC1 pancreatic cancer cell line stimulated with TGFbeta1 (show TGFB1 ELISA Kits)

  2. results first showed that the gene polymorphism and gene expression of SOX9 (show SOX9 ELISA Kits) were significantly associated with the risk and clinical phenotypes of ONFH and also indicate that the SOX9 (show SOX9 ELISA Kits) gene may play a key role in the development of Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head.

  3. SOX9 (show SOX9 ELISA Kits) overexpression promoted cell migration and EMT (show ITK ELISA Kits) process via Wnt (show WNT2 ELISA Kits)/beta-catenin (show CTNNB1 ELISA Kits) signaling in glioma cell line.

  4. Inhibition of SOX9 (show SOX9 ELISA Kits) mRNA translation by hsa (show CD24 ELISA Kits)-miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-145 may be one potential parameter for the divergence between SOX9 (show SOX9 ELISA Kits) mRNA and protein levels in different intermediate mesenchymal progenitor cells populations that could limit chondrogenesis.

  5. miR (show MLXIP ELISA Kits)-124 functions as a tumor suppressor in lung adenocarcinoma by directly targeting SOX9 (show SOX9 ELISA Kits).

  6. We also demonstrate that across the human genome, the presence of MSR1 (show MSR1 ELISA Kits) repeats in the promoters or first introns of genes is associated with greater population variability in gene expression indicating that copy number variation of MSR1s is a generic controller of gene expression and promises to provide new insights into our understanding of gene expression regulation

  7. upon TGF-beta (show TGFB1 ELISA Kits) stimulation, KDM4B was recruited to the SOX9 (show SOX9 ELISA Kits) promoter, removed the silencing H3K9me3 marks, and activated the transcription of SOX9 (show SOX9 ELISA Kits).

  8. Variability has been found in a three-generation family with Pierre Robin sequence, acampomelic campomelic dysplasia, and intellectual disability due to a novel approximately 1 Mb deletion upstream of SOX9 (show SOX9 ELISA Kits), and including KCNJ2 (show KCNJ2 ELISA Kits) and KCNJ16 (show KCNJ16 ELISA Kits).

  9. Overexpression of TGF-beta (show TGFB1 ELISA Kits) and sox9 (show SOX9 ELISA Kits) enhanced the levels of cell proliferation, matrix biosynthesis, and chondrogenic differentiation in human mesenchymal stem cells.

  10. Identifying N-linked glycan moiety and motifs in the cysteine-rich domain critical for N-glycosylation and intracellular trafficking of SR-AI (show MSR1 ELISA Kits) and MARCO (show MARCO ELISA Kits).

SRA1 Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

Both long non-coding and protein-coding RNAs are transcribed from this gene, and they represent alternatively spliced transcript variants. This gene was initially defined as a non-coding RNA, which is a coactivator for several nuclear receptors (NRs) and is associated with breast cancer. It has now been found that this gene is involved in the regulation of many NR and non-NR activities, including metabolism, adipogenesis and chromatin organization. The long non-coding RNA transcripts interact with a variety of proteins, including the protein encoded by this gene. The encoded protein acts as a transcriptional repressor by binding to the non-coding RNA.
