- Background
- This peptide is a potent vasoconstrictor, derived from endothelial cells. Potent agonist for ETA and ETB endothelin receptors. Induces the production of hypoxia-inducible factor 1alpha, and, thus, the production of VEGF. Synonym: ET-1 Solubility: The peptide is soluble in water. The contents of this vial have been accurately determined. Both the stopper and the vial have been siliconized. Do not attempt to weight out a smaller portion of the contents.
