More ELISA Kits for PARK7 Interaction Partners

Zebrafish Parkinson Protein 7 (PARK7) interaction partners

  1. Melatonin, added together with MPTP or added once MPTP was removed, prevented and recovered, respectively, the parkinsonian phenotype once it was established, restoring gene expression and normal function of the parkin/PINK1/DJ-1/MUL1 loop and also the normal motor activity of the embryos.

  2. These studies show that zDJ-1 is very similar to human DJ-1 and is evolutionarily conserved and expressed in dopaminergic neurons.

Mouse (Murine) Parkinson Protein 7 (PARK7) interaction partners

  1. DJ-1(-/-) astrocytes may provide decreased neuroprotection to surrounding neurons due to alterations in pro-inflammatory mediator expression

  2. Loss of DJ-1 impairs antioxidant response by altered glutamine and serine metabolism.

  3. To verify our finding, we provide evidence that the protein expression of Parkinson protein 7, including new protein synthesis, is sensitive to mTORC1 inhibition

  4. These observations reveal an unexpected differential role of DJ-1 in the development of nTregs and iTregs.

  5. A comprehensive analysis of influence of the Parkinson disease-associated genes Parkin (show PARK2 ELISA Kits) and DJ-1 on neurotransmitter receptor (show GRIN1 ELISA Kits) expression in mice

  6. this study identified the anti-oxidant protein DJ-1 as being capable of protecting pancreatic islet cells from cell death induced by an inflammatory and cytotoxic setting.

  7. In skeletal muscle cells, DJ-1 contributes to undernutrition-induced atrophy via MAPKs/ubiquitin ligase pathway.

  8. Deficiency of DJ-1 exerts a stimulatory effect on vascular smooth muscle cell migration.

  9. DJ1 maintains cellular metabolic homeostasis via modulating ROS (show ROS1 ELISA Kits) levels in murine skeletal muscles, revealing a role of DJ1 in maintaining efficient fuel utilization.

  10. DJ-1 physically binds the 20S proteasome (show PSMA5 ELISA Kits) and inhibits its activity. following oxidative stress, DJ-1 is involved in the Nrf2 (show NFE2L2 ELISA Kits)-dependent oxidative stress response that leads to the upregulation of both the 20S proteasome (show PSMA5 ELISA Kits) and its regulator, NQO1 (show NQO1 ELISA Kits).

Human Parkinson Protein 7 (PARK7) interaction partners

  1. DJ-1 is necessary for 20C-mediated protection against rotenone-induced oxidative damage, at least in part, by activating PI3K (show PIK3CA ELISA Kits)/Akt (show AKT1 ELISA Kits) signaling, and subsequently enhancing the nuclear accumulation of Nrf2 (show GABPA ELISA Kits).

  2. The aberrant up-regulation of DJ-1 expression might be an important step in the pathogenesis of cervical carcinoma.

  3. Association of early onset Parkinson' and severe clinical signs with multiple alterations in DJ1 in Turkish patients.

  4. the important role of PARK7 in cisplatin induced apoptosis in clear renal cell carcinoma cells

  5. Such a mode of matrix localization of DJ-1 is difficult to explain by conventional mechanisms and implies a unique matrix import mechanism for DJ-1 mutants.

  6. Serum levels of thioredoxin (show TXN ELISA Kits) and DJ-1 were significantly higher in non-small cell lung cancer patients; therefore, these may be utilized as novel diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers for non-small cell lung cancer

  7. The L10P DJ-1 mutation results in a toxic protein, which lacks the protective function of wild-type protein on mitochondria due to the decrease in the ability of anti-oxidative stress

  8. DJ-1 is increased in elderly lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusions and may have a role in redox regulation

  9. DJ-1 deglycase plays a major role in preventing protein glycation in eukaryotic cells and might be important for preventing skin glycation

  10. S. pombe homologs of DJ-1 are stationary-phase associated proteins.

Pig (Porcine) Parkinson Protein 7 (PARK7) interaction partners

  1. The PARK7 gene was demonstrated to be located on porcine chromosome 6

PARK7 Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The product of this gene belongs to the peptidase C56 family of proteins. It acts as a positive regulator of androgen receptor-dependent transcription. It may also function as a redox-sensitive chaperone, as a sensor for oxidative stress, and it apparently protects neurons against oxidative stress and cell death. Defects in this gene are the cause of autosomal recessive early-onset Parkinson disease 7. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified for this gene.
