Immunogen TNP-Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin
Isotype IgM
Characteristics The G155-228 antibody is specific for the hapten trinitrophenol (TNP), a hapten not expressed on non-human primate cells or non-human primate cell lines. In the absence of specific binding, this immunoglobulin may bind non-specifically to Fc receptors. This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis. Other applications were tested during antibody development only or reported in the literature. Profile of peripheral blood lymphocytes analyzed by flow cytometry
Purification The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography.
Research Area Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes Optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator.
Sample Volume 20 μL
Restrictions For Research Use only
Storage 4 °C
Storage Comment The antibody was conjugated with biotin under optimum conditions, and unreacted biotin was removed. Store undiluted at 4° C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
