  1. CD25 (show IL2RA Antibodies) had an adverse prognostic impact on these patients, and this poor prognosis may not be overcome, even with transplant. Patients with AML (show RUNX1 Antibodies) with residual CD25 (show IL2RA Antibodies)-positive blasts at the time of transplant may require additional therapy before or after transplant to improve survival.

  2. IL2RA (show IL2RA Antibodies) and TAGAP (show TAGAP Antibodies) are novel vitamin D target genes. The vitamin D response is observed in samples from both the multiple sclerosis (MS) patients and controls, and is not dependent on the genotype of MS-associated SNPs in the respective genes.

  3. Anti-CD25 (show IL2RA Antibodies) recombinant immunotoxin LMB-2 had phase I activity limited by immunogenicity and rapid growth.

  4. Enhanced pretreatment CD25 (show IL2RA Antibodies) expression on CD4 (show CD4 Antibodies)+ T cells was associated with decreased survival rate of acute myeloid leukemia (show BCL11A Antibodies) patients.

  5. A decrease of CD4 (show CD4 Antibodies)(+) CD25 (show IL2RA Antibodies)(+) CD127 (show IL7R Antibodies)(low) FoxP3 (show FOXP3 Antibodies)(+) regulatory T cells with impaired suppressive function had been found in untreated ulcerative colitis patients.

  6. Serum IL1RA (show IL1RN Antibodies) and IL2RA (show IL2RA Antibodies) are predictors of event free survival in T-cell lymphoma.

  7. Data show that an ultra-high level of serum serum soluble interleukin-2 (show IL2 Antibodies) receptor (sIL (show PMEL Antibodies)-2R) at diagnosis is a significant poor prognostic biomarker for angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL).

  8. The rs2104286 G allele in IL2RA is present at higher frequencies in neuromyelitis optica patients than in healthy controls within a Southern Han Chinese population.

  9. Our results suggest that the CD34 (show CD34 Antibodies)/CD25 (show IL2RA Antibodies)/CD123 (show IL3RA Antibodies)/CD99 (show CD99 Antibodies)(+) LAIP is strictly associated with FLT3 (show FLT3 Antibodies)-ITD-positive cells.

  10. Interleukin-2 Receptor alpha-Chain (CD25 (show IL2RA Antibodies)) Expression Predicts a Poor Prognosis in Acute Myeloid Leukemia (show BCL11A Antibodies)

IL2R (CD132) Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

The interleukin 2 (IL2) receptor alpha (IL2RA) and beta (IL2RB) chains, together with the common gamma chain (IL2RG), constitute the high-affinity IL2 receptor. Homodimeric alpha chains (IL2RA) result in low-affinity receptor, while homodimeric beta (IL2RB) chains produce a medium-affinity receptor. Normally an integral-membrane protein, soluble IL2RA has been isolated and determined to result from extracellular proteolyisis. Alternately-spliced IL2RA mRNAs have been isolated, but the significance of each is presently unknown. Mutations in this gene are associated with interleukin 2 receptor alpha deficiency.
