ELISA (as a capture or tracer). Immunohistology (Formalin/paraffin): 1-2 μg/mL for 30 min at RT, staining of formalin-fixedtissues REQUIRES boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minfollowed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive Control: Pituitary gland.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
