    Characteristics
    The BD™ CBA Human Inflammatory Cytokines Kit can be used to quantitatively measure interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin-1beta (IL-1beta), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin- 10 (IL-10), tumor necrosis factor (TNF), and interleukin-12p70 (IL-12p70) protein levels in a single sample. The kit performance has been optimized for analysis of specific proteins in tissue culture supernatants, EDTAtreated plasma, and serum samples using one of two protocols, depending on the sample source. The kit provides sufficient reagents for 80 tests.
