More Antibodies against TUBA4A Interaction Partners

Arabidopsis thaliana Tubulin, alpha 4a (TUBA4A) interaction partners

  1. These results and the three-dimensional location of the phosphorylation site suggested that microtubules are depolymerized in response to hyperosmotic stress via alpha-tubulin phosphorylation.

  2. Data found that in alpha-tubulin mutant, microtubule dynamicity is reduced and twisting of mutant organs appears to be a higher-order expression of the helical expansion of individual cells.

Zebrafish Tubulin, alpha 4a (TUBA4A) interaction partners

  1. These results suggest that tuba1a (show Tuba1a Antibodies)-expressing progenitors contribute to multiple cell lineages during development and that tuba1a (show Tuba1a Antibodies)-expressing Muller glia are retinal progenitors in the adult.

  2. These results suggest tuba1a (show Tuba1a Antibodies) expression is necessary for CNS development and regeneration and that KLF6a (show KLF6 Antibodies) and 7a mediate their effects, at least in part, via transcriptional control of tuba1a (show Tuba1a Antibodies) promoter activity.

Human Tubulin, alpha 4a (TUBA4A) interaction partners

  1. In conclusion, our current results did not find an association between TUBA4A and ALS in Chinese patients, and further studies will be required.

  2. This study mutational screening revealed the presence of four novel heterozygous variants of TUBA4A mutation in four sporadic amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.

  3. Data show that overexpression of the 14-3-3sigma isoform resulted in a disruption of the tubulin (show TUBB Antibodies) cytoskeleton mediated by binding Tau protein.

  4. TUBA4A mutants destabilize the microtubule network, diminishing its repolymerization capability

  5. TUBA4A is significantly increased in spermatazoa from men with azoospermia.

  6. The results suggested that cytoskeletal alterations in the amygdala determined by tubulin (show TUBB Antibodies) seem to be involved in the pathophysiology of drug addiction

  7. Subunits of alphaB crystallin (show CRYAB Antibodies) that exchange dynamically with the alphaB crystallin (show CRYAB Antibodies) complex can interact with tubulin (show TUBB Antibodies) subunits to regulate the equilibrium between tubulin (show TUBB Antibodies) and microtubules.

  8. Some protein-protein interactions in rafts were disrupted in 3-nitrotyrosine-containing proteins, e.g. caveolin-1 (show CAV1 Antibodies) was dissociated from a complex with flotillin-1 (show FLOT1 Antibodies) and alpha-tubulin.

  9. Our results suggest that MIZIP (show ZMYND19 Antibodies) might play an important role in mammalian cells by associating with tubulin (show TUBB Antibodies) and thus might provide a link between MCHR1 (show MCHR1 Antibodies) and tubulin (show TUBB Antibodies) functions.

  10. These results provide the first characterisation of endogenously nitrated tubulin (show TUBB Antibodies) from human tumour samples.

TUBA4A Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

Microtubules of the eukaryotic cytoskeleton perform essential and diverse functions and are composed of a heterodimer of alpha and beta tubulin. The genes encoding these microtubule constituents are part of the tubulin superfamily, which is composed of six distinct families. Genes from the alpha, beta and gamma tubulin families are found in all eukaryotes. The alpha and beta tubulins represent the major components of microtubules, while gamma tubulin plays a critical role in the nucleation of microtubule assembly. There are multiple alpha and beta tubulin genes and they are highly conserved among and between species. This gene encodes an alpha tubulin that is a highly conserved homolog of a rat testis-specific alpha tubulin.
