New user test for conjugated CD antibodies

Here you can find a new user test for CD3 PE, CD4 FITC and CD14 FITC antibodies in flow cytometry (FACS). If you are interested in testing one of our antibodies yourself contact us: »Contact
Staining protocol:

  1. 25µl of cell + 5µl of each antibodies

  2. Incubate in dark environment at RT for 20 minutes

  3. Add 2ml of lysing solution

  4. Spin at 1250 RPM for 5 minutes

  5. Resuspend cells in 2 ml PBS + 0,2%BSA

  6. Spin at 1250 RPM for 5 minutes

  7. Resuspend cells in 0,5 ml PBS + 0,2%BSA

  8. Analyze on flow cytometer

Lysing solution:

NH4Cl: 8,3g

NaHCO3: 1g

EDTA: 0,038g

H2O: 1000ml

Results:

CD3 PE (ABIN94062) and CD14 FITC (ABIN93966) antibodies

CD3 PE (ABIN94062) and CD4 FITC antibodies
