Osteopontin: Frequently cited antibody

Osteopontin is an arginine-glycine-aspartic acid (RGD)-containing glycoprotein that interacts with integrins and CD44 as major receptors. Osteopontin is multifunctional, with activities in cell migration, cell survival, inhibition of calcification, regulation of immune cell function, and control of tumor cell phenotype.
The anti-osteopontin antibody appears in Material and Methods of many publications. Especially this antibody is being used for IHC staining and western blotting. Publication references for the anti-osteopotin antibody are listed on the datasheet.
