Adenovirus antibody: Detection of recombinant adenoviral as research tool

Area: Virology
Recombinant adenoviruses have been an efficient research tool since the early 1980s. This anti-adenovirus antibody has been CE-certified for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), allowing a broad range of in-vitro applications. This anti-adenovirus antibody has been tested for Immunohistochemistry in paraffin sections and has successfully been published in high impact scientific journals.
Adenoviruses provide a useful research tool for structural studies of viral capsid proteins. The possibility to easily produce large amounts of recombinant adenoviruses, the availability of pre-manufactured cloning kits as well as their good solubility, and generally speaking their simple handling, make them a superior research tool compared to other animal viruses.
