Excellent nuclei marker for human cells in xenographic research

Application: Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot (WB)

This anti-human nuclei antibody stains nuclei of all human cell types, with no reactivity to rat or mouse cells, giving a diffuse nuclear staining pattern with an 80 kDa and 70 kDa band in Western blotting. The antibody works on acetone fixed and paraformaldehyde fixed cells on paraffin or cryostat sections.
